Investment Process

Please review the Tempestas TCu29 Bond Documents and Term Sheet.
Read and complete the online Tempestas TCu29 Bond Subscription Form, electronically sign and submit for review.
Please complete electronic KYC (service provided by Veriff (www.veriff.com)) and accessed on our site below. Please use your email address as your reference.
The Subscription Form will be reviewed with the Receiving Agent and any additional information requested.
Once accepted, the Subscription Agreement will be countersigned by Tempestas TCu29 Bond Limited.
Instructions and your Investor Unique Reference will be issued to the investor to transfer investment to the Receiving Agent – Tempestas Holdings Inc. If any additional documents are required, they will be requested here.

Investor transfers the investment sum in Euros (€) to the Receiving Agent account at Citizens Bank NA (via Royal Bank of Scotland).
Investment receipt will be confirmed.
Investors will opt for either electronic certificate via Registrars Portal, or for direct settlement to their own account. The certificate or units will be available / settled on or before 31^st July 2024.
Tempestas TCu29 will provide investors dedicated access to a new section of the website to get updates and monthly management reports – details will be released on or before 1^st August 2024 and the first management report will be released on the 1^st August 2024.
